In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on tht89. This minimum age is strictly enforced. tht89 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Residency. The tht89 Platform is primarily intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tht89 makes no representations that its services are available or appropriate in all locations.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on tht89. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered in another person's name for your own use, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances linked to policy violations.

3.1 Registration Information. When creating a tht89 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. tht89 relies on this information for KYC verification and for processing withdrawals to your registered payment methods.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tht89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Payment Details. The bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method you register for withdrawals must be in your own name and must match the identity information on your tht89 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger a full KYC review and temporary account suspension.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). tht89 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address dated within three months, and in some cases a selfie with your ID document. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your tht89 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Balances that include restricted bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Clause 5.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tht89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tht89 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing fee to return funds.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your tht89 balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, this may extend to a maximum of 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches in accordance with our payment processor capacities.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on Business Days during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. tht89 does not charge a fee for withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

4.6 Withdrawal Identity Matching. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the tht89 account. tht89 will reject withdrawal requests to accounts held in a different name and will not be responsible for any delay arising from failed identity matching.

• Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata are processed during standard Indonesian interbank transfer windows.
• E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to the e-wallet provider's own service availability.
• Suspicious transaction monitoring may place an automatic review hold on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud detection systems. Affected members will be notified by the support team within 2 hours.

4.7 Currency. All accounts on tht89 are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tht89 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a non-IDR currency by virtue of an international payment instrument will be converted at the rate applied by the payment processor at the time of transaction; tht89 is not responsible for unfavourable exchange rate outcomes.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers issued by tht89 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made, as well as these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit match bonuses and free bet credits awarded by tht89 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; uncompleted requirements will cause the bonus and any winnings derived from it to expire and be removed from the account.

5.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may only be met by placing bets on game categories explicitly listed as eligible in the relevant promotion terms. Certain high-RTP slot titles, all live casino games, and certain sportsbook market types may contribute at a reduced rate or be entirely ineligible for wagering requirement completion. The contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.

5.4 One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is available once per member, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. tht89 reserves the right to void bonuses and reverse associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, multiple-account exploitation, or coordinated wagering patterns is identified.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. A member who requests account closure before completing a wagering requirement will forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus. Real-money deposits that are unencumbered by bonus restrictions may be withdrawn at any time.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the tht89 Sportsbook Rules document. tht89 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened in error, on events where the result was already known at the time of placement, or on markets affected by verifiable match-fixing investigations.

6.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be confirmed as settled winners for the full parlay odds to be awarded. If one or more legs are voided due to event cancellation, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s) at the remaining combined odds.

6.3 Live Casino. All live dealer games on tht89 are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or Microgaming as applicable). In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the studio's own disconnection policy. tht89 accepts no additional liability for outcomes arising from connectivity issues outside our infrastructure.

6.4 Slot Games. All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) and are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Registering or operating more than one tht89 account, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at the time of registration or during any KYC verification process.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the tht89 Platform — including but not limited to the tht89 brand name, logo, site design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tht89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. tht89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from tht89.

9.3 Game Content. All slot games, live casino game interfaces, and other game content accessible through tht89 are licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Your use of these games is also subject to the end-user terms of the respective game providers.

10.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a material technical error that affects the integrity of a game round or the calculation of odds — such as a software malfunction, RNG failure, or data feed interruption — tht89 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. tht89 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such events.

10.4 Third-Party Services. tht89 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment processors, banking systems, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications networks used to access the Platform. Delays or failures caused by such third parties are outside tht89's control and liability.

10.5 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tht89's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to tht89 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Right to Amend. tht89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://tht89.vip/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.

11.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter Members' rights or obligations — tht89 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

11.3 Disagreement. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5. You may not continue using the Platform under the previous version of the Terms following the effective date of an amendment.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tht89's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within ten (10) Business Days of your initial support contact, either party may escalate the matter in writing to tht89's compliance team. tht89 commits to providing a written response to formal escalations within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt.

12.4 Bet Dispute Finality. All decisions made by tht89 regarding the settlement of bets, the voiding of markets, and the application of these Terms shall be final and binding, except in cases of manifest error on the part of tht89. Members waive any right to seek injunctive relief that would interfere with the settlement of live betting markets.

12.5 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
